At ScotClans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your highland wear and accessories. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic clan tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship to Scotland

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
